By accessing or using icantsave ("the Service"), operated by TechBacked ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
icantsave is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to log income and expenses, create financial variables, and analyze your spending. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You may request a full refund on any charge within 14 days of the payment date, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@icantsave.com. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. icantsave is not a financial advisor — all financial decisions are your own.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, icantsave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or financial losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is located.
