• Financial data: income and expense transactions, categories, descriptions, and custom financial variables you create within the app.
• Payment information: billing details are processed and stored by Paddle, our payment processor. We do not store your credit card number.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as login timestamps and feature usage to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process subscription payments through Paddle.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Data Storage

Your financial data is stored in Google Firebase/Firestore. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your data is stored in cloud infrastructure and is subject to the security practices of Google Cloud Platform.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: authentication and data storage.
• Paddle: payment processing and subscription management.

Each third party processes data according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal or financial data to any third party.

• With Paddle to process your subscription payments.
• When required to comply with applicable law or legal process.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal and financial data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
